Joining Sidmouth Sailing Club entitles you to sail with us on Club days, compete for trophies and enjoy the social side of the Club.
We have an active club racing programme of five series for our four adopted classes and a handicap fleet. Our first series begins at the end of March; the Autumn series finishes in November.
We also run powerboat 1 &2 courses through our approved RYA Training Centre and informal sessions for beginners and improvers.

Become a Supporter of Sidmouth Sailing Club for a small fee and enjoy full access to social facilities, including the bar and Wednesday evening meals, without sailing duties. Supporters are valued members and are welcome to volunteer at events like regattas, open meetings, and the folk week café.

This membership is for members that wish to be associated with SSC but are not actively involved in sailing and/or kayaking.

Boat parking and Kayak storage is available to members subject to space, the fees below apply. Priority is given to existing sailing members until 1st May.

For a small fee of £25.00 you can be a Supporter of Sidmouth Sailing Club.
Supporters are very much part of the club and are very welcome, as support is needed both on and off the water.
Supporters have full access to club social facilities including the bar and social events including food on a
Wednesday evening without the requirement to take part in Sailing Duties.
However, we welcome Supporters as volunteers when there are jobs to do around events such as regattas, open meetings and the folk week café - this can include in the race box or helping with boats onshore.
We love our customers, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
